Okay so i have a confession.....
I USED TO want to be a video chick when i was younger! lol
i wanted to be seen, dance, get all sexied up and have fun on a set. however, as i grew older i discovered more interesting and meaningful things about life...not saying that that career choice isnt either one of those but you get what i mean.
Anyway, i watched 2 episodes of candy girls and it was very interesting and seemed pretty fake (what can i expect outta tv nowadays tho??) one of the girls seems like she just doesnt even fit that whole persona of a video girl, the latino girl is....funny and reminds me a tad bit of myself. the boss chick who owns bella caught my attention the most. she seems to be a go getter, boss lady and a diva....pretty much all the same thing. i have mixed feelings about the show tho. its one of those things to watch when theres nothing better on tv......
i always used to wonder about what video girls lives were like...i mean the ones who dont sleep around and party excessively. Like what led them to that point? What do they do besides look sexy in videos? lol

i think the whole video girl thing is just a facade. The majority of them dont live as glamorous as they look on the set. And Im sure they are making money equivalent to people working fulltime at mcdonalds.
I watch the show, but that show is obviously staged for tv purposes.
I'm pretty sure they all don't live in that apartment together. lol
But being a video girl aka an extra is over hyped. Unless you're a "top girl" ... you're just making that extra/stand in type of money. lmao
